Last month, we had the opportunity to accompany publisher BANDAI NAMCO for the launch of its latest game in the Dragon Ball Z licence: Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
But what have we done?
The Dragon Ball licence is one of the most widely exploited, and over the years numerous games have been released across all media. So we've put together a retrospective featuring a selection of the best games from the licence.
Take a look:
Nintendo NES : Dragon Ball, The Secret of the Dragon
SEGA Mega Drive : Dragon Ball Z, The Call of Fate
Super Nintendo and Super Famicom : DBZ The Saien Legend and DBZ Hyper Dimension
SEGA Saturn : Dragon Ball Z Legends
Sony PlayStation : Dragon Ball Z Ultimate 22
Sony PlayStation 2: Super Dragon Ball Z, DBZ Infinite World, DBZ Budokai 3, DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3
Nintendo Wii : Revenge of King Piccolo
Microsoft Xbox 360 : DBZ for Kinect
Sony PlayStation 3: Raging Blast 2 and Ultimate Tenkaichi
All these games were displayed in a large dedicated room, along with a frieze created by Vanessa, listing the extensive Dragon Ball games library. Dubbing actors such as Brigitte Lecordier and Philippe Arriotti were also on hand for the occasion, as were a number of other celebrities. The retrospective was very well received, with many guests sending each other Meteor Smashes in the various games.
We would like to thank Emilie from BANDAI NAMCO for her confidence in us, and all the members of the association who helped make this evening a success, as well as all the friends we met there.
